How to populate a field in 1 object based on 2+ criterias from another object?

Hi,

I have an Industry Penetration Ratio object.

I've populated the following table into the object:

Industry Region Ratio

EDU NA 5%

EDU EMEA 10%

Gov APAC 5%

Gov EMEA 8%

I have another object called Customer Profile object.

Field 1: Industry (picklist)

Field 2: Region (picklist)

Field 3: ratio percent (how do i populate the ratio based on the industry & region criteria?)

How are the objects connected/related?  You should be able to do it with a cross-object formula.
