Opportunity Product Schedules

Question

Just recently, our sales managers can no longer build a quantity or revenue schedule for an Opportunity.

If you go to an old Opportunity, the "Add a Schedule" is there. But for a new Opportunity, the "Add a Schedule" button is not available.

Trying to fugure out how to get that button installed for all Opportunity Product Schedules.
