Instead of relying on users to Share their Calendar, can I activate the calendar sharing as a System Administrator?

I am using the Classic version of Salesforce with the Professional level. I have a hard time getting my users to go through the process of "Sharing their Calendars".  As a System Administrator, can I complete this process for them?
