Can the Data Export file be emailed to others?

I was wondering if I can have the Data Export zip file emailed to someone differetly, instead of the Administrator?  I would like the file to be emailed directly to our someone else in our IT department.

    You cancel the existing schedule export run and have the new user schedule it. I believe this will direct future emails to him.
