Need a bit of formula help please. Here we go:
IF the payment method is Credit Card (pick list value)
AND the subuscription level is The Lot Lite (pick list value
"Since you have indicated that you would like...."
Seems easy enough but its driving me nuts

Should be pretty straightforward, it just depends what you want to do with itIF(
