I have created a neglected lead & opportunity report for our Sales Reps, however I am a bit confused about the peramaters of the report.. I have it set so it says Last Activity is less than Last Week... I am being given the correct information but am unclear as to why the less then function is used? Can anyone explain this?
That is saying show data where the last activity took place (less than) a date last week. On the reverse greater than would look forward in time if you had a need for that.
