When I activate an approval workflow where is it/how do I use it?

I have just activated a workflow for our Products section. I want the Custom Product to have to go through an approval process. I have set up an approval workflow but when I activate it I dont know how to access it/use it...

    All Approval Processes can be viewed in Setup | App Setup | Create | Workflows & Approvals | Approval Processes
