That sounds like a custom Stage or Forecast Category that's beed setup on your SFDC org. You should provbably ask someone within your organization, like your SFDC Admin to see if there is any documentaion or user training materials available.
The members of the Success Communities are fellow Users, Admins, Developers, Partners, etc. We're not Salesforce employees or have any access to your SFDC org, or any of the Processes, Apps, Objects, Tabs, Fields, etc that you've built or installed on it.
