Calculate the age of Stage field on opportunity

I have a requirement ,where i need to  Create formula to calculate stage age.

 

After stage is changed since how long stage is there ?

 

So for every stage there will be one formula field.

 

Here is stage list : Stage 0: New Opportunity

 

Stage 4: Proposal Delivery

 

Any help very much appreciated.
