1)Our company doesnot have any salesforce licenses.One of the client states that the other company I work with requested access to my account as a support administrator. I grant access from this request.How do we request the access from the client?
2)If client gives the "grant login access" how do we login into his account.we need to contact the salesforce team or how does it work.
Any help is very much appreciated.

You cannot share licenses between orgs.
This is pretty standard stuff.....are you just doing custom Apex for them and otherwise aren't that familiar with the platform?
Put it another way:
The owner asks you to walk his dog for him.
You say no problem, you just need a key
He says he won't give you a key - you should be able to just magically walk in the door as him.
You have a key for another house. You are asking me if you can use that key for his house. This still doesn't let you into his house.
The dog gets tired of waiting and pees on the carpet.
