How do I send notifications to phones?

I need to know how to send reminders to coworkers' phones about customers and such... Is there a way to do that? They would, of course, have the salesforce applification on their phone, and they all have iPhones.

There is an app on the exchange called SMS Magic that lets you send SMS text message as part of Workflow for example. Above and beyond that the iPhone Salesforce apps don't really have push notifications or anything that specifically target a users phone when  updates are made. The Chatter app has push notifications, as an aside, but that's probably not what you need.
