Why would mass email "preview" test all of sudden stop working? Fix?

Using HTML email template there is a button that says "Send Test and Verify Merge Fields".  Once clicked, a popup opens that gives you the option to send yourself an "email preview" to your email address.

 

Has worked fine for the last couple of years.  Used as recently as 1st week in August with success.  Now, nothing happens.  No email received, and popup "email preview" window goes completely blank and does not close.

 

Anyone out there know how to fix this problem?    Would greatly appreciate any assistance.

    What browser are you using? Have you tried doing this in another browser if possible?
