I have allowed Forecasting function for my sales reps and want them to be able to edit the Best case and Commit numbers on the Forecast dashboard.

I have allowed Forecasting function for my sales reps and want them to be able to edit the Best case and Commit numbers on the Forecast dashboard. I know its tied to the Forecast Category. Can this be done or I need to give them access? Any tips will help!
