I have 4 publisher actions (2 customer and 2 standard) setup and assigned to a Salesforce for Outlook Publisher Action page layout but only 2 of the 4 (which happen to be the customer actions) are showing up in the Side Panel. I have validated that the publisher actions are global and walked through all of the steps through the workbook and help and training to get these setup and validated. Any idea why I would not be able to see the two standard publisher actions?
