Is it possible to limit which records contribute to Report formula fields?
I have created a report that displays transaction data for the last two weeks, and was hoping to create a column titled "revenue this week" and a column called "revenue last week".
The reason I wanto to create two separate columns in a Summary report is so that I can pass the rows into an analytic snapshot.
Is there any way to do this?

Have you tried creating 2 new custom formula fields on the object? Each formula field would only display the values if the revenue was 0-6 days ago (or 7-13 days ago).
Then create 2 report field formulas - 1 off of each of the 2 new fields - giving you your 2 columns, each a summary of only the appropriate data.
If using a customer report type: don't forget to add the new fields to the layout
