I have a multi picklist field in leads for assessment type with 5 options. Put it into a test flow using dynamic choice and it only pulled 2 of the 5 options? Now it's has several instances of the same option!?

Any thoughts/ideas would be truly appreciated - I've read/watched everything I can get my hands on and it's driving me slightly crazy - thank you

Here's my settings for the dynamic choice

Dynamic Choice Muli-Picklist in Flow - populating errors

Here's the flow in action - note psychologist is repeated 3 times

Finally the custom field showing the 5 options that should be showing up

In that case, this should work:

    1. Eliminate dynamic choice and use choice instead. You'll have to add the five options manually in the flow.

    2. Use an update record element. You can choose the object you want to update (Lead if I follow your pics).

    3. Pick the field you want to update (Previous Assessments) and assign the new value from the flow variable (PreviousAssessments_Dynamic).

There is a lot here but it may help: http://na1.salesforce.com/help/doc/en/salesforce_vpm_implementation_guide.pdf

    Best of luck! :)
