Can i create a link like "Fact Sheet" where it brings you to an excel sheet

  I want to find out if I can create a link within the reports that once iI click on it you will go to an excel spreadsheet which can be updated regularly...is this possible?

    Steve, you can export a report to excel or with the MS Office integration, log into salesforce.com from excel directly.  However, I am not sure that answers your question.

     

    You can customize the homepage for users to include "custom links" in a sidebar component.  You can copy/paste the URL from a documents stored in the docs tab, a dashboard, report, intranets, other websites, etc.
