I've been customising the CRM, but mostly only in terms of field naming, and basic values. I just got aorund to customising the Contracts object (we call them Agreements, to be more generic) and I noticed that all contract I created with a speciffic account do not show on the Account view.
Example: I open an account, click on "new" contract, create the contract, and the first thing I notice is that the Account name is blank (I assume this should be automatically set to the account I was just on). Then after completing the details (including the account name) and activating the contract, I cannot see the new contract being associated with my Account when I go back to look for it.
Perhaps I am making an assumption on how this relationship is built?
Really really critical issue for us as we want to overlap our programme management with the CRM, and the agreements are our official way of building these relatinships between us and the Accounts / contacts we have.
Many thanks for your help!
Matt

Sorry for the lack of response. It shouldn't do but then again there is always a bit of mystery involved in Salesforce. Have you conversed with Salesforce support on this? If not I would recommend logging a Case through the Help & Training link at the top of your SF org.
