Why doesn't the home page I created and assigned show up for everyone in group?

I have created a home page layout for my compnay. I follow the process to assign it, but it only shows up as my home page. How do I assign this new layout to everyone in our company. Thanks!

    Hi Chris,

     

    You need to assign this Home Page Layout to All profiel.

     

    Go to Name | Setup | App Setup | Customize | Home | Home Page Layout | Page Layout assignment (Button) | Edit (Button) now you can able to assign your pge layout to all profile from one place
