I'm not even sure this can be done, however the criteria are:

 

  • an activity counter that specifically tracks the # of the following activities in the Lead/Contact records:

     

    "Sales Email Sent" 

    "Phone Attempt" 

    "Phone VM"
  • New field is required called "Outbound Sales Activities" and should be updated as a numerical value based on the existing (any future) data in the activity object.

  • Biz need - will allow tracking how many times they have reached out to a Lead/Contact and have not been able to establish contact with that person. It will show which people need more attention, and ultimately those who need to be deferred due to no response.
