What is the best way to track channel sales in Salesforce Professional edition? Can I connect one purchase to both distributor and end user?

    Hi Daphne,

     

    We decided on tracking these by relating opportunities to the end user company and added a Distributor field to the opportunity layout. This is a Lookup(Account) field. This helps us track sales to both companies. Hope that helps!
