I am trying to create a new opportunity but no tab exisits. Can this be enabled?

Hello Tim,
Please check that tab is found when you clicked on the + tab you will see the Opportunity table. It may be possible that the APP you are using (Please see at the upper most corner at right ) is not have Opportunity tab in it. You need to add. Please use following steps,
1. Go to => Setup => App Setup
2. Create => Apps => Select your App => click on edit.
3. Include Opportunity tab
