How to Set a checkbox field value on the Opportunity Record to True if a specific Contact is added as a Contact role to such Opportunity

I want to set a custom checkbox field "Key Opportunity" = TRUE on the Opportunity Record IF a Contact Record with a custom field "Key Contact" =TRUE is added as a Contact Role to such Opportunity.
