excel connector

I am trying to run Excel Connect for PE, but when I add it to my Excel 2007 Add-Ins, it prompts me for a password.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  Are there any solutions?  I have looked everywhere...

    It does not give me an option for user name.  Its almost like the Excel Add-In is locked:
