How do I give my users permissions (and how do I check permissions) to access the following records:
Projects tab > select Project Name > in the Times section, select the New Time button > when selecting Resource field’s lookup, I get the following message:
The first bullet point is not the reason, I can see the records with my Admin login. So the permissions must be the issue. Any suggestions?

It turns out that my users did have access to see this lookup field, they just need to enter search criteria. Even though they received the message saying 'There are no records of this type' or 'You don't have permission to see any of the records'.
