Case layout having Standared Clone button. After cloning the case there is no value coming in ' Parent case ' field.
User saying that few months before, Parent case was populating.
Can any one please suggest.

Hi Amit,
yes,
i have created one parent case . Then i clicked on the Clone button. That time it went to new case creation page.
But Parent case field was blank.
