is there a way to copy my email into sales force?

Is there a way to copy my emails into the appropriate sales force account number?  I have to copy and past each one, and select email in SF and then paste.  There HAS to be an easier way.

    Yes you can use the "Email to Salesforce" functionality. Go into your setup menu by clicking your name top right and selecting setup.

     

    Then search for "Email to Salesforce".
