A warning message to check the contact's email when changing the "Account Name" in a contact record?
I was wondering if it's possible to generate a message warning my users to check the contact's email when they change the Account Name in a contact record.

Not natively but there are some apps out there that allow you to configure popup messages. You will need to investigate if they can meet your specific requirement though. Alternatively, you can write code to create modal popups as well.
