Outlook Integration First Time Sync

Hi,

 

When trying to sync outlook integration for the first time it tries to sync every email within the inbox.  Is there some setting I need to change to avoid this and sync manually/individually?

 

Any suggestions are welcome.

    Do you mean contacts when you say emals?
