Old Opportunity Owners

I have a list of individuals that are currently in the company.  I want to create a report that brings up every opportunity and every opportunity owner. I also want the report to have a column that says "Yes" if the the opportunity owner is currently in the company and "No" if the opportunity owner is no longer with the company so we can redistribute the opportunity to someone else. 

 

I've attempted to add a column and use IF(logical_test, value_if_true, value_if_false), but I get an error because it doesn't recognize the opportunity owner as a valid field because it isn't numerical.   Any suggestions for how to work around this?

 

I could do this by creating two reports and filtering by all the names currently in the company, but my supervisor wants it to be in one report.
