Although Hubspot picks up 'Company name' and 'website' for leads, there is no option for mapping 'Account name'. Ideally I would like to find out how I could add 'company name' and 'website' for contacts and accounts so they could be picked up by Hubspot.

"Account Name" is company name in Salesforce.com and there is a Website field also. These are Standard Fields. If you want you can extend Salesforce by creating custom fields also.
