Small business owner - and I don't have 3 hours to spend watching video's on how to import my data..
I have some "custom" field types I have captured and I want to import as I bring the accounts into SFDC.
One example is LINKEDIN profile URL -- you would think Salesforce would have this out of the box - but it doesn't give me a mapping option - or field to map to (as far as I can see) when I run the import wizard.
Day 1 - so looking for assistance after 20 minutes of searching...
PS - I don't speak "Salesforce" only english...

Couple of questions, so I can see the best way to help you:
1-Do you know how to create custom fields?
2-Is all your import data supposed to go to accounts or it may go to different objects?
3-What tool are you using to import the data?
