My attached PDF's and Quotes are no longer viewable in Chrome. Any ideas?

When using Chrome I can no longer view my attached PDF or quote generations.  If I switch to explorer everything works fine.  IS this a chrome issue or a salesforce one.  Am I best to switch browsers?

    Getting no error. Pop up works like normal but the PDF just never becomes visible. Using 20.0.1132.17 beta-m Chrome.
