How can I share reports with others outside of the system

I have some custom reports for specific accounts that i would like to forward to them.  They do not need the hyperlinks.  I would like to schedule future runs to do this automatically.  Right now I have to run the report, go to the printable view and then email.  This happens 40 times a week.  I need to get this automated.  any suggestions?

    I would recommend you to use the out of the box feature 'Schedule Future Runs' (please see the attached image) and schedule the report to be sent to your email on a regular basis.  

     

    Then create a forwarding rule in your mailbox to have the report to be auto forwarded to external people/system.
