Hi I am testing out the portal feature but when I  click "Enable partner portal login" I get the following error:

 

All of your user licenses are currently in use by active users. Click here to add more licenses.

 

I have disabled users to make sure there are available slots but the error persists.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Ian,

     

    Under your Company Information, check the number of Partner Portal User Licences you can create. I think you have used all of them.
