This is the search page，it's a Visualforce Page. When I click the 【新規】 button,it will turn to the standard create page.
This is the create page, it's a salesforce's standard page.When I click the cancel button, it will turn to the home page,but I want it turn to the search page .
Above is the home page.
By the way ,the tab 【年度計画 検索 一覧照会】 is a Visualforce Tab. I have found that if the tab is a Custom Object Tabs, it will do what I want. Is the tab affects? Or can I override the standard cancel button?

I hava discussed with my partners, and just found the way as what Deepak said. The important part is the URL in step 4. It contains that like "retURL=XXXXXXXXXXX".People from this community are always ready to help you. Thanks for all your help and support.
