Formula help for Power of One

SteveMo turned me on to the Power of One and now I'm trying to add it to as many Objects as possible because it's such a great reporting tool.

I want to set it up on Events where the Subject equals "GoTo Meeting" or "Rescheduled Meeting" and the Type is Picklist value "Initial GoTo". How do I make the Formula work properly so my # of Activities field will be 1 when those conditions are met?
