Setting Role Hierarchy

Question

I need to create role in salesforce.

As per org chart we have 4 regional VP of sales. Do I have to create 5 role or 1 role can be assign to all 4 regional VP of sales.

All 4 regional VP of sales should not see each others opportunity and only opportunity owned either by them or people under them.

Will people in same role hierarchy see eact othesr opprtunity ?

How can be control that ?

you should create diffrent rolls and assign to them in the same level as in the screen shot. let me know if this answers your question and if so please close the question as resolved

Hello Archana,   First you need to set object OWS as private .   Create Diffrent roles but in the same level and assign them to boffrent users .and assign to them .
