Add Emails button in Outlook does not work.

After re-installing Saleforce for outlook teh Add Email button does not work. When I select a email and hit add the following error message comes up. "Salesforece for Outlook Error - Select at least one sent or received email. YOu cannot add items, such as meetign requests.

If this cannot be fixed is there any otehr way to add emails to salesforce from Outlook?
