Our customers are struggling with the attachments as links. We are sending e-mails individidually with a template created in sf.com. I have tried to reduce file sizes below the 3mb limit but cannot. Is there a way to forcably shut down attachments as links?
Has anything been changed regarding this question since 2011? I would like to turn off this feature as well - I just want the email to deliever the file as an attahment no matter what size. TIA
