I have an account with two opportunites - one lost and and one won. Both opportunities are assocaited with one campaign, the first (lost) via the campaign/campaign members/lead/account/opportunity, and the second has been added t o the existing account. I set up Campaign Influence, it is enabled, the campaign is still live and not past its end date. The won opportunity is not associated with the campaign and there is no 'Primary Campaign Source' check box showing in camapign influence. Please help!!!

    Does the second Opportunity have a Primary Contact associated to it via Contact Roles?  

     

    Campaigns are not related to a (company) (Account)  they can only related to a (person) Lead/Contact.  If the Opportunity was created from the Account instead of a Contact or via Lead convert there is no Campaign Member to make the connection from Opportunity to person to Campaign Member to Campaign.
