Is it possible to add Custom Buttons to the List View Layout?

If it is - can someone point me in the right direction -

    Sure it is.

     

    First create the new button for your object (make sure you select list button!)

     

    Sure it is.

     

    Then afterwards add the button to the list layout (object >> search layouts)
