We would like to mass convert 7,500 Leads into Accounts & Contacts.  There are multiple records and multiple companies.  Has anyone done this in a streamlined and fast way?

There are some Mass Convert Apps on the AppExchange =>

You could also try exporting the Lead data and them re-import as Accounts and Contacts, but then you need to re-parent and Campiagn and Activity data connected to the Leads

Then mass delete/archive the Leads
