Currently on the report I can show Total No of Contacts and Total No Of Opportunites but the contacts on my opportunities are Person Accounts so they are not showing up in the Total Contacts. How do I count them ?

Are you referring Primary Campaign Source field on Campaign? If so, then you can use standard report "Report Type: Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities". You can filter it with the checkbox "Primary Campaign Source".
If you are talking about Campaign Influence related list on Opportunity then due of limitation you cannot create a Roll Up Summary field on Opportunity by using Campaign as a related object. So, in this case you will have to play with Apex code.
