Data copy to fields in different objects

I am trying to have two fields with the same name, one on the Account, th eother one in the opportunity.  I need to have the field on the opportunity, automatically copy, the test in the custom field in the account. 

 

Any ideas?

     You can create a formula field on the opportunity object that will reference a field from the associated account record.
