i am creating a new Lead View - the list needs to contain:
1) the lead source
2) 4 different lead owners
I have no problems to get it to filter by lead source, but whenever I try to get it to generate a list of more than one lead owner it does not generate any leads on the view.
what am I doing wrong?
i have set it up as
lead Source - contains - Training Industry (this one works)
Owners First name - contains - Michelle (this one will work if I only have this line active)
but when I add the other owners:
Owners First name - contains - Charles
Owners First name - contains - Lisa
etc etc
It does not want to generate my list view?

Yeah, just clear the logic (there is a Clear Filter Logic link) and then type out 1 AND 2 OR 3 OR 4 etc.
You will need to determine what you want as an AND versus an OR. For the filtering by names unless you have a person's name in your org like Jason Jack Smith Todd Claire Raphael Michelle you will probably want to user OR there. :)
