I have a user who's running the full Salesforce Mobile app.  Today, he attempts to run the app but says it kicks him out right away.  He has tried rebooting the iPhone - no difference.  I checked the status of his device and it shows 4 pending messages.. were it not for those, I would have him delete and reinstall the app.  Should I be concerned about these pending messages, or should I proceed in a totally different direction than app delete/reinstall for troubleshooting?
