Multi-select Picklist Value Limitation

At present it is a fix limit its value is 

• Up to 40 characters per value.

However, you can post an Idea for the same in Idea Exchange so that it get increased in next release. Its really a very good Idea, do send me its link also after you post an idea regarding this and I will also vote fro that Idea.
