I have loaded the iPad app. When it opens, it shows the salesforce viewer splash screen. It then attempts to open up the incidents section then crashes. It does the same thing every time...I have NEVER been able to use the app. I am an employee of the Dallas Independent School District in Dallas, TX. Please help. The app is essential to my job function. I have an iPad 1.
