How do I merge two accounts?

I have an account that is me@guest.salesforce.com and one that is me@mydomain.com. I would like to keep it all in my domain. Can I merge?

I am a vendor for Salesforce so I do not pay for service. Instead I provide service, which is probably why they set me up with a guest account.
